Canadian and U.S. Dealers Terms and Policies Dealership: Dealerships are offered on a non-exclusive basis to yarn, craft and related retail outlets.
Terms of Payment: New accounts are required to prepay their first two orders. Orders to the U.S. require pre-payment on all orders. Credit card payments are accepted for new and existing accounts. PayPal is also accepted. Cheques or money orders are accepted (there is a hold for cheques to clear for new accounts). Established Canadian accounts are on NET 30 Days. A 2% service charge will be added to overdue accounts on a monthly basis. All overdue accounts will be subject to prepayment or COD terms on subsequent orders.
Minimum Orders & Handling Charges The minimum initial order for new dealer accounts is $100.00.
Shipping: Shipments will be sent by Canada Post Express Parcel to the U.S., or Expedited within Canada. You may choose a courier (Fed-Ex, Purolator) or which ever is most economical. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days, unless we are temporarily out of stock or our offices are closed for the holidays etc.
Damaged Goods: We package for shipping very carefully, however, once the goods are placed on the carrier, responsibility for the goods has passed on to the purchaser. Damage claims are your responsibility and must be made within one week of shipment. If there is any damage please give us a call so we can assist you in making a claim. Damaged goods due to negligence on our part will be replaced to you at no cost to you. Goods arriving visibly damaged on the outside of the box should be brought to the attention of the delivery person. Save all boxes and packaging material in case the delivery company wants to inspect them. If goods do not arrive within 10 days of receiving an invoice contact us so we can put a trace on the shipment.
Returned Goods: Before returning anything please contacts us first. We will advise you of shipping arrangements. Properly ordered returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please do not return goods by UPS, please call in or email us before returning any products. |
